I am a medical student at UC Davis School of Medicine with a special interest in serving the urban underserved. As a Filipino immigrant and first-generation college student, I am passionate about expanding accessibility and equity within the field of higher education. Although I am unsure what specialty I will pursue in the future, I have high hopes of becoming a medical mentor/educator, and I know this research will have lasting positive impacts not just on myself but STEM education in general!

 

A fun fact about me is that I used to play Tetris competitively!
