I am a Southern California native and UCLA double-alumnus (B.A. & M.Ed.) with a nontraditional pathway to medicine.  After teaching math in Los Angeles and rural Southern Illinois for seven years, I transitioned to a major SF company before pursuing my M.D. at UC Davis (anticipated 2026), fueled by a lifelong passion for underserved communities.

 

As a part of Tripp Lab, I am able to seamlessly blend my passion for equitable healthcare, education, and mentorship in an incredible way. I’m so thankful for this work. Beyond the lab and school, I find joy in writing music, watching Ted Lasso, and spoiling my niece and nephew.
